TUXtra spoke to Sports Science student Ciaran McCutcheon, 22 from Lisburn, Northern Ireland about why he chose Teesside University and how the facilities here are far superior to Universities in Northern Ireland.
I am 21 years old and currently studying Sports journalism at Teesside University I am currently in Year 1 after passed my foundation year. I am interested in Football and Cricket and it would be a dream of mine to gain a career in one of these sports whether that be reporting or broadcast journalism. While I do not have any relevant work experience, I hope to gain someone within my 3 years of studying at Teesside.
