For this project I have created a series of animations in order to generate an industry specific show reel. My aim was to demonstrate and develop my skills in various styles and areas of animation in order to assist me in finding a job after university. I have created three different types of animation; the first being a short dialogue and acting sequence where I pushed my skills to deliver a believable performance. My second animation is a stylised, cartoony dance animation, reminiscent of old school 2d animations. I also tackled a more realistic approach to creature animation, almost copying frame for frame an animal reference. Lastly, I decided in the last few weeks of my project to create a trapeze, body mechanic sequence as an extra animation to include in my final showreel.
