As we know the Pandemic has seen the closing of non-essential shops pubs and restaurants.
And people have been advised to work from home if possible.
Universities and schools however have remained open throughout this period.
There has been a move to a hybrid model of teaching which has seen a mixture of online lectures and traditional face-face sessions in the classroom.
TUXtra reporter Tori McCullagh spoke to Teesside University students and staff to find out if they think universities should close and switch to only teaching online.
Hello. My name is Tori McCullagh and I am a third year student studying Journalism. Have a passion for radio from the experience I have gained and currently volunteer with the university radio station TUXtra. Throughout my course I have gained experience with writing, video, audio and blogging. I want to gain as much experience in the media field because it’s something I thoroughly enjoy and want to pursue a career in.
